Thank God I'm Not Fat
As I was doing a little list-less shopping yesterday, I realized that haute couture is only for slim people. I tried several shirts from the mass producers and did not like the way it fits. Well, actually, it does not fit at all, it's like draped around my body.
The feeling that occured to me is so much like a flashback sort of a thing. You see, when I was younger, prolly around 5 to 7 years ago, finding a shirt (with or with out colar) with the right fit is extra challenge for me. Most of the time, the shirts that I find nice (and mass produced at the same time), are like a giant's shirt. That is definitely not my style. Baggy pants, and sloppy shirts are only for straight guys who know nothing about style and fashion and for those who are hardcore hip hoppers. Which I'm totally not. Bling bling? No way! That is soo not me.
Good thing there's Tyler and Zara. Now I don't have to sacrifice style over necessity. I can't help but think how they can come up with the perfect fit when they don't even take my measurements when making clothes. Isn't that amazing?
