Songs for Peeps
These are the songs that remind me of people I used to be with - friends, office mates, classmates in college and people I used to go out with.
1. Lodi - Come What May (Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman) - He sings this song out loud while driving me home after a night out.
2. Aaron - Superstar (Jamelia) - He was surprised I have this song in my car and wanted a copy for himself. He actually got excited. This is a gaysong, I guess.
3. Mike - Elevation (U2) - This is the song he sings out loud at work. He also likes Aliyah and said "bakit di nalang si Monica ang namatay" when she died.
4. Hunny - Invisible (Clay Aiken) - She plays this at her office desk 24/7.
5. Jasper - Stranded (Jennifer Paige) - He likes this song a lot. For an angst ridden straight guy like him, he shouldn't be listening to songs like this but he does.
6. Reden - Let Me Be the One (Jimmy Bondoc) - He is the first person I heard listening to this song. He made me like it, too.
7. Park - Ever After (Bonnie Bailey) - He gave me this song for a ring tone even though I don't know the song yet (during that time).
8. Jhye - September (Eart, Wind and Fire) - She is my song buddy, we even rolled our eyes over a certain pain-in-the-ass classmate infront of her face when she sang a song with different tone and lyrics, I think that song was:
9. Maritess - Love You Down (INOJ) - Refer to number 8.
10. Samuel - Stay the Night (Mariah carey) - He played that song when I was over his pad. It was the first time I heard it when he played it in his ibook. I wasn't supposed to stay overnight but he played that song, I asked the title and he said "Stay the Night" and I did.
11. Gina - Let Me Show You (the way) (Natasha Thomas) - We like this song from the Lacoste Touch of Pink commercial. Yun lang.
Whenever a song makes me think of someone I download it. It's more fun to sing when the song you're singing reminds you of something or someone, daba?
