To Per-SuedeYou
I have this pair of suede shoes that I really like because they're soft and warm but I kind of stopped wearing them because they collect dirt so easily. Suede loses their loveliness when they're filthy and they become little beasts because they're not easy to clean. I couldn't find anything on the grocery to clean my shoes that's why I stopped using them, plus the fact that I really don't like wearing unclean shoes simply because it doesn't give our outfit the finishing touch. BUt since I couldn't just keep them inside their box forever, I took them out and literally erased the dirt and stain off them using a pencil eraser. It's really effective and it doesn't modify the texture quality of your shoes. As long as you have an eraser handy, you won't need professional help. By the way, you're last resort is white vinegar, but this cleaneing agent leaves some smell on your shoes even when they're dried up, so try minimizing the use of that.
